海底振动柱状取样设备及取样技术的改进

Improvement of Column Sampling Equipment and Sampling Technique for Seabed Vibration

  • 摘要: 振动活塞取样设备是目前我国海洋地质调查中获取长柱状砂质样品最常用的取样设备之一。此文针对海底振动柱状取样设备及技术在实际操作过程中出现的取样架损坏、样品扰动严重和样品短等问题,通过自主设计密封组件装置,对取样架的材质、结构以及海底振动柱状取样技术方法的改进,使得海底振动柱状设备更加精密、海底振动柱状取样技术更加完善,从根本上解决了问题,显著地提高了样品长度、样品质量和工作效率,有效避免了设备故障,可为今后类似问题的解决提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The vibrating piston sampling equipment is one of the most commonly used sampling equipment for obtaining long column sandy samples in marine geological survey in China. In this paper, the problems such as damage of sampling frame, serious disturbance of sample and short sample,etc.,through designing the sealing device independently, improving the material and structure of the sampling frame and the submarine vibration column sampling technique are solved fundamentally. As a result, the seabed vibration column-shaped equipment is more precise, and the seabed vibration column-shaped sampling technique is more perfect. The sample length, sample quality and working efficiency are remarkably improved and the equipment failure is effectively avoided. The solution provides a reference.
