Research and Practice on Detection and the Repair Techniques of Inventory Subsea Pipe

  • 摘要: 考虑石油行业严冬期对项目工期和成本控制的特殊要求,以国内海域某构造探井延长测试和油气回收项目使用的7.5 km海底管道为例,此文介绍了带料利库设计的总过程。经过设计计算以及管材检测和修复,库存管材满足该项目设计寿命和质量要求,另外,为了提高海管铺设的效率和质量,采取了对不同规格的管材根据内径公差要求进行分类装船等措施,使得该项目海管铺设的效率比原计划大大提高,并取得了一次性试压的成功。该项目在技术和项目管理方面的成功经验可为今后海上类似项目提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Considering the special requirements for the project time and cost control during the difficult period of the petroleum industry, the paper introduces the whole design process of inventory subsea pipes by taking the extended test and the oil & gas recovery project in someplace of China sea as example in which the total length of the subsea pipe is 7.5 km. According to the results of calculation and pipe repair, the inventory pipes meet the requirements of the project design life and quality. In addition, in order to improve the efficiency and quality of the pipe laying, the measures of classification and loading of the pipes with different specifications were carried out according to the internal diameter tolerance. The efficiency of the pipe laying in this project was greatly improved than the original plan, and the success of pressure test was achieved in one time. The successful experience of the project in technology and project management can provide a reference for similar projects at sea.
