基于ABAQUS和MOSES软件的水下井口头强度分析

Strength Analysis of Subsea Wellhead Based on ABAQUS and MOSES

  • 摘要: 根据江汉石油钻头股份有限公司水下井口头本体的结构特点,以南海某油田作为工程实例,应用MOSES软件计算水下BOP组顶部挠性接头球铰处所受最大载荷,应用ABAQUS软件对其本体进行强度分析。通过分析验证了江钻水下井口头的安全性和可靠性,可为今后类似的分析提供一定的借鉴作用。

     

    Abstract: According to the structure characteristics of the subsea wellhead produced by Kingdream Public Limited Company and taking an oilfield in South China Sea as the project example, the authors calculated the maximum load on the flexible hinge joint on the top of BOP stack by MOSES software and conducted the strength analysis of subsea wellhead by ABAQUS. The analysis verified the safety and reliability of the subsea wellhead, and can provide some reference for similar analysis in the future.
