螺旋井眼对随钻测井数据的影响及对螺旋井眼的识别、处理、建模和防治

Influence of Spiral Borehole on Logging While Drilling Data and Identification, Processing, Modeling and Prevention of Spiral Borehole

  • 摘要: 螺旋井眼在钻井作业中普遍存在并产生诸多不良影响。当螺旋井眼发生在钻井作业中,会影响随钻测井数据质量和实时性,并且带来诸多后续作业困难。通过螺旋校正方法,能够在作业后改善测井数据曲线质量,并降低螺旋井眼带来的不良影响,但是随钻测井实时效益受到影响。论文应用钻具受压屈曲理论模型,通过三维有限元建模的分析方法,综合研究螺旋井眼形成的主要原因。针对某深海探井钻井案例,对比不同钻具组合设计和钻井参数下的钻具动力学响应,对比判断螺旋井眼的发生机率。采用该分析方法,在工具入井前即可优化钻具组合设计,预防螺旋井眼的产生;同时该模型分析可在作业中对调整作业参数提供建议,降低螺旋井眼产生带来的不良影响。

     

    Abstract: Spiral borehole is a common drilling operation and has many negative effects. When the spiral borehole occurs in the drilling operation,it affects the quality and real-time of LWD (Logging While Drilling) data,and brings many operational difficulties.The spiral correction method can improve the quality of logging data and reduce the negative impact of spiral borehole.But the real-time of LWD is affected. In this paper, the main reason of spiral borehole formation is studied comprehensively by using the theoretical model of drill string bucking under pressure and the analysis method of 3D Finite Element modelling. Based on the drilling case of a deep-sea exploratory well, by comparing the dynamic responses of drilling tools under different BHA (Bottom Hole Assembly) designs and drilling parameters,the generator of spiral borehole can be judged. With this analysis method, the BHA design can be optimized before the tool enters the well to prevent the spiral borehole. At the same time, it can provide suggestions for adjusting operation parameters and reduce the adverse effects caused by spiral borehole.
