海上平台生产水热量回收利用研究

Study on Heat Recovery Utilization of Production Water on Offshore Platform

  • 摘要: 使用Aspen Hysys软件和Pipeflo软件模拟在南海某油田群平台上增加换热器,分析回收利用生产水热量后带来的经济效益。通过回收利用生产水热量加热上游海管来液,可以降低海管的压力损失,降低外输泵的压力和电量消耗;同时可以提高输往处理终端HYSY 115 FPSO的物流温度,降低终端加热器的功率。降低外输泵压力和终端加热器功率可以节省大量的电能,从而降低原油生产成本。

     

    Abstract: Aspen Hysys software and Pipeflo software were used to simulate the heat recovery utilization of production water by increasing heat exchanger on platform in an oilfield of South China Sea. Heating the liquid from upstream by the heat from production water will reduce the pressure loss of the subsea pipeline, and reduce the pressure and electricity consumption of the transfer pump. But it can also increase the temperature of the transmission to the processing terminal HYSY 115 FPSO and lower the power of the terminal heater. Reducing pump pressure and terminal heater power can save a lot of electric energy, thus reducing the production cost of crude oil.
