Processing Techniques and Effect of Chemical Dosing by Casing in Wells with High Hydrogen Sulfide

  • 摘要: 孤岛稠油产量占孤岛油田总产量的34.9%,是该油田原油上产的主阵地。随着孤岛稠油热采规模不断扩大,注蒸汽驱井组不断增加,注汽量加大,含硫化氢油井逐渐增多,治理难度大。近四年来采油厂针对孤岛稠油区块开展稠油热采硫化氢产生机理及防治对策研究,在高含硫化氢油井实施套管滴加脱硫剂工艺试验,取得较好效果。

     

    Abstract: The heavy oil output in Gudao Oilfield accounts for 34.9% of the total and is the main field for increasing the total production of crude oil in the oilfield. With the escalation of thermal recovery scale, steam injection well group and steam injection rate, the numbers of hydrogen sulfide oil wells increase gradually and the treatment becomes difficult. The studies on the mechanism and control countermeasures of hydrogen sulfide produced in the thermal recovery of heavy oil have been conducted from 2013 in Gudao Oilfield. The process tests of desulfurizer dosing by casing in wells with high hydrogen sulfide have achieved good effects.
