东海锤入法下入30 in隔水管实践应用

Application of Loading 30 in Drilling Riser with the Hammering Method in the East China Sea

  • 摘要: 由于东海某油气田开发需要,从2015年9月到2016年6月先后进行了7口深井、超深井、大位移井钻完井作业,首次应用了锤入法下入30 in隔水管工艺。该气田现场施工前进行了扎实的理论研究,分析了地层承载力大小,确定了隔水管井口载荷及入泥深度,选定了打桩锤等关键设备,在继承并改进前期成熟打桩工艺与理论的基础上,首次成功实践了锤入法下入30 in隔水导管。该项作业的成功,验证了锤入法下入30 in隔水管的可行性,并取得了良好的经济与应用效果,为该项技术推广应用打下了坚实的基础。

     

    Abstract: For the development of the oil and gas felds in the East China Sea, the hammering method was frstly used to load the drilling riser for the exploitation of 7 deep and ultra-deep wells from September 2015 to June 2016. Before the operation, a deep theoretical study was performed to learn the bearing capacity of the ground, the load of the riser at the top of the well and the driving depth. Critical device such as the pile hammer was chosen, and the loading of 30 in drilling riser was frstly shown with the hammering method based on previous technologies and theories of piling. This study shows the possibility of loading drilling riser with the hammering method, achieving economic and practical application results, laying a solid foundation for the application of this method.
