高含硫化氢井作业前套管气脱硫处理工艺及效果

Desulfurization Treatment Process of Casing Gas in the Well with High Content of Hydrogen Sulfde

  • 摘要: 孤岛部分稠油区块原油含硫量高在2%以上,稠油热采过程中原油中的含硫有机成分分解。生成硫化氢气体在套管内富集,对安全生产和作业造成危害。通过开发高效脱硫剂体系,将硫化氢转化为硫磺,同时研制一套可移动式撬装脱硫处理装置,实现对套管气中硫化氢的高效吸收,使处理后套管气中硫化氢含量低于最高容许浓度,并便于对不同区块的含硫油井进行处理,以解决因硫化氢影响稠油热采井作业安全的问题。

     

    Abstract: The sulfur content in the crude oil from some heavy oil blocks in Gudao Oilfeld is higher than 2%. The organic sulfur compounds in crude oil are decomposed during thermal recovery. The enrichment of H2S in the casing is harmful to the safety of production and operation. Engineers and researchers from the Oil Production Plant and the Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute jointly developed an effcient desulfurizer system to convert the hydrogen sulfde into sulfur. Together with the development of a portable skid-mounted desulfurization device, the effcient absorption of hydrogen sulfde gas in the casing is realized, the H2S content of casing gas after treatment is lower than the maximum allowable concentration. The treatment of sour oil wells in different blocks becomes easy and hence for, the problem of safe operation of heavy oil thermal recovery well due to hydrogen sulfde is solved.
