惠州25-8油田井下自流/助流注水工艺实践

Technology and Practice in Dump Flooding or Pumped Water Injection in Huizhou 25-8 Oilfeld

  • 摘要: 针对惠州25-8油田主力油藏L30up层地层能量下降过快,水体能量供应不足,而目前该油田无注水地面设备及管网设施,无法实现注水开发。文章根据油藏地质分析及水质配伍性研究成果,利用油田现有油井转注,打开L30up层上部的水源层,采用采上注下的工艺,设计开发了Y管自流/助流注水工艺和罐装电潜泵自流/助流泵注水工艺方案,满足大排量自流注水或助流注水过程中温度、压力、流量的监测,以及对注水量的控制和控制线缆的保护等要求。现场应用情况表明:油田实施自流/助流注水后注水受效明显,降低了油田开发成本,提高了油田水驱开发效果。

     

    Abstract: L30up, the main reservoir in Huizhou 25-8 oilfeld, encountered an awkward situation in which the formation energy declined too fast but the water energy was in short supply. Meanwhile, there are no ground water injection equipment or pipe network facilities in the feld and the water flooding cannot be fulflled. Based on the geological analysis and the study on the compatibility of reservoir water, the author developed and designed the process program of Y-Block dump flooding/pumped water injection and canned ESP pump flooding/pumped water injection, in which the present oil wells in the oilfeld are utilized as the injection wells and the water in the layer above L30up injected into L30up. This design also meets the requirement of monitoring the temperature, pressure, and flow rate during injection, controlling the rate of water injection and protecting the cable. Field application showed that the water injection was effective, the cost of oilfeld development reduced, and the development effect by water flooding in the oilfeld enhanced.
