海管立管腐蚀缺陷修复补强技术及矿场应用

Technology and Application of Repair and Reinforcement of Corrosion Defect of the Sea Riser Pipe

  • 摘要: 为了修复海管立管腐蚀缺陷,制定了玻璃纤维复合材料修复补强方案,介绍其施工工艺,并在渤海某油田注水海管得到应用。现场实践表明:海管立管腐蚀缺陷修复补强后分担了管道承受的载荷,降低了管壁的应力应变,部分恢复了管道的承压能力,能够满足工艺要求。该方法防漏性好、耐腐蚀,使用范围广,使用年限长,安全性高,并且所有作业不影响油田正常生产,具有一定的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to repair the corrosion defect of the sea riser pipe, the scheme of repair and reinforcement with glass fiber composite materials was made, and the construction technology was introduced in this paper. This construction technology has been used in water injection pipe in Bohai X oilfield. The actual application results show that through repair and reinforcement on corrosion defect of sea riser pipe, the load of the pipeline is shared, the stress and strain of the pipe wall are reduced, and the pressure bearing capacity of the pipeline is partly recovered, which can meet the technological requirements. The method has the advantages of good leak resistance, corrosion resistance, wide application range, long service life and high safety, and all operations do not affect the normal production of the oilfield. Therefore, it has certain popularization and application value.
