新型防提安全互锁技术研究

Research on a New Type of Technology for Anti-lifting Safety Interlocking

  • 摘要: 钻井绞车和BOP是石油行业中最重要的钻井设备,防提装置是联系二者控制系统的安全装置,能有效避免BOP关闭时误操作绞车,导致钻具拉断等事故的发生。随着科学技术的发展,钻机设备发生了翻天覆地的变化,现有防提装置与先进钻井控制系统不能很好匹配,且安装维护成本高。因此,基于较先进钻井控制系统的防提安全互锁技术的研究,势在必行。此文通过对新型防提安全互锁技术在“勘探六号”自升式钻井平台成功的研究和实践介绍,阐明该技术具有广阔的应用前景,可以为今后类似平台提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Drawworks and BOPs are the most important equipment in the oil drilling industry, and the Anti-lifting equipment is a kind of safety device which is the bridge linking up the above two control systems. It can effectively prevent incorrect operations of drawworks during the BOPs being closed, and avoid the accident of drilling tool breaking. However, with the development of science and technology, the drilling equipment has undergone tremendous changes, the existing Anti-lifting safety device could not match well with the advanced drilling control system, and also the installation and maintenance costs are very high. Therefore, it is imperative to study a new type of Anti-lifting safety interlock technology. In this paper, the new technology will be introduced in detail through the successful research and practice in the Rig KANTAN 6. This technology has broad application prospects, which can provide reference for similar platforms in the future.
