Innovation of Well Completion Technology in the Deep Well with Long Horizontal Section in East China Sea

  • 摘要: 东海深井长水平段的下部完井工具时常出现遇阻遇卡等复杂情况,文章在总结和分析常规完井工艺的基础上,利用对尾管悬挂器的系统优化和一次性旋转导向马达的应用等,实现了长水平段的下部完井工艺创新。通过软件模拟以及现场实践应用,验证了其有效地解决了水平井完井过程中下部完井管柱下入困难、完井液大量漏失等复杂情况,为后期大位移井钻井过程中下套管及高难度水平井完井过程中下部完井工艺提供了参考,满足了勘探开发的要求。

     

    Abstract: The bottom completion of the deep well with long horizontal section in the East Sea gets blocked frequently. Based on the summary and analysis of the conventional completion process, through optimization of the liner hanger system and application of disposable rotary steerable motor, this paper presents an innovation method in the bottom completion of the deep well with long horizontal section.Through the simulation by using software and field practice application, it is proved to be effective to solve the difficulties of the completion string entry and the large loss of completion fluid. This provides a powerful reference for running case during the well drilling process of late large displacement and bottom completion of the deep well with long horizontal section, and can meet the requirements of exploration and development.
