金县1-1-A1w水源井腐蚀结垢机理分析

Mechanism Analysis of Scaling and Corrosion in Water Source Well JX1-1-A1w

  • 摘要: 针对JX1-1-A1w水源井套管腐蚀穿孔十分严重的现状,通过水样、气体、井下垢样分析和室内试验,对影响腐蚀的各因素进行了分析并探讨井筒腐蚀结垢机理。结果表明,硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)是引起腐蚀、结垢的主要原因。腐蚀垢样含有大量的硫化亚铁,使用酸除垢容易产生硫化氢。分析结果为后期类似井生产、除垢、射孔提出初步解决方案。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the situation of severe corrosion on the casings in the water source well JX1-1-A1w, the authors analyzed the affecting factors on the corrosion and probed into the mechanism of scaling in the wellbore based on the analysis of water, gas, downhole scale samples and laboratory test. The results show that bacteria corrosion and scaling corrosion induced by sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) are the predominating reason. There are a large amount of ferrous sulfide in the corrosion scaling and easily produce hydrogen sulfide when the acid is used to descaling. The results suggest a preliminary solution to the production, descaling, perforating in the similar well in future.
