涠洲油田B井水锁解除技术研究与应用

Study and Application of Water Block Removal Technology in Well B of Weizhou Oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对涠洲油田B井低渗储层存在的水锁伤害问题,通过大量室内研究,形成了低界面张力剂SLT与改性有机膦酸复合解堵工艺。实验结果表明:SLT气—液表面张力低至18.2 mN/m,润湿角为0,可有效降低水锁造成的返排阻力;改性有机膦酸体系岩屑溶蚀率5%且无二次沉淀伤害,水锁伤害解堵后岩心渗透率恢复值为98.2%。在B井现场应用后,有效解除了水锁伤害,平均日增油250 m3,增油效果显著,对该区块低渗储层增产挖潜具有良好的借鉴和推广意义。

     

    Abstract: Based on a series of experiments,a composite water block removal technology of SLT,a kind of low interfacial tension agent,and modified organic phosphonic acid compound was developed to solve the water block damage problems in the low permeability reservoir in Well B of Weizhou Oilfield.The experimental results showed that when the gas-liquid surface tension of SLT was reduced to 18.2 mN/m and wetting angle was 0,the backflow resistance caused by water block can be effectively reduced;The dissolution rate of organic phosphonic acid reached 5% and no secondary pollution;the recovery value of core permeability was 98.2% after the removal of water block damage.The application in Well B also demonstrated that the effect in increasing oil production,at the rate of average 250 m3/d,was obvious,which has a good reference and popularization significance to dig the potential of low permeability reservoir in the other area of this block.
