Optimization Analysis of Transmission Device in 1600HP Mud Pump Group of Offshore Platform

  • 摘要: 石油天然气的勘探开发,尤其是海洋钻采装置对钻采配套设备的自动化和轻型化要求越来越高,设备轻型化是主要发展方向之一。此文对新型泥浆泵组(FB1600)与传统泥浆泵组(F-1600)进行了优缺点对比分析,主要针对这两种泥浆泵动力端的传动方式进行了优化分析比较,新型泥浆泵组(FB1600)可实现轻型化设计制造,它传动方式简单、可靠,环境适应性强,适合海洋钻井平台和陆地钻机的相应配套,满足海上恶劣环境的使用要求。

     

    Abstract: In the exploration and development of oil & gas, the requirement for the automation and light-weight of the corollary equipment in the offshore drilling and production device becomes more and more strict; equipment lightening has become one of the major developing trends. This paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of the new type of mud pump assembly (FB1600) and the traditional mud pump assembly (F-1600), especially focuses on the optimization effect of the power driving mode. FB1600, with simple and reliable drive mode, can meet the requirement of lightweight design and manufacturing. Its suitability to different environment makes it easily equipped with the offshore drilling platforms and land rigs and satisfy the formidable offshore environment.
