井眼轨迹控制中过渡井段的研究

Study of Transitional Section in Well Trajectory Control

  • 摘要: 在定向钻井的钻进过程中,井眼轨迹控制非常重要,尤其是定向钻进阶段和水平井钻井的水平井段。在这些关键井段,为了精确控制井眼轨迹实现准确中靶,需充分考虑眼轨迹的几何姿态对底部钻具组合(BHA)力学特性的影响。此文通过定量计算,分析了在特定的井眼轨迹几何参数下的BHA力学特性,提出了一种分析过渡井段的方法,指导定向井井眼轨迹控制。

     

    Abstract: Well trajectory control is very important during directional well drilling and horizontal well drilling, especially in the horizontal sections of directional drilling and horizontal drilling. The influence of the geometrical attitude of well trajectory on the mechanical properties of BHA should be considered in these sections in order to control the well trajectory accurately which means right on the target. Through quantity calculation, the mechanical properties of BHA in specific geometric parameters of the well trajectory were analyzed in this paper, and a method for analyzing the transitional section has been put forward to guide design and construction of directional well drilling and horizontal well drilling in well trajectory control.
