Application of the Entire 3D Design to Offshore Platform Design

  • 摘要: 全三维设计在海洋平台设计中应用广泛。以东海海域某导管架平台上部组块的全三维设计为例,介绍和阐述了三维设计的突出优点、程序和需要考虑的因素,在总结出许多应用经验的同时也发现了一些问题,如各类设计软件在使用中出现相互干涉,管线与其他设施出现相互碰撞等问题,并提供了解决这些问题的方法和途径,为今后类似海洋平台全三维设计提供了宝贵经验。

     

    Abstract: Entire 3D design has been widely used in offshore platform design. In this paper, with the design of a jacket platform in East China Sea as an example, the advantages of entire 3-D design, the procedure and the factors to be considered in the entire 3D design have been discussed. A lot of practical experience has been summarized, and some problems during design have been analyzed, such as incompatibility between different software, collide of pipeline and equipment.The ways and methods to solve these problems will be very helpful in future entire 3D design of offshore platform.
