Study on the Technology for Increasing Drilling Rate in Deep Well at KQT Structure

  • 摘要: 由于KQT区块3 500~4 500 m以下的地层压力系统与地质岩性趋于复杂,在深部钻井施工过程复杂情况频发,严重制约了钻井效率的提高,影响了获取地质资料的质量或者取全取准地质资料。此文以KQT区块已钻探井为基础,通过整理3 500 m以下的深部钻井技术资料,统计分析地层压力分布情况,了解复杂地层所在的层段、岩性及特性,设计适合深井探井的井身结构;在此基础上,分析现有钻井液体系的优缺点,并提出优化建议;对岩性的可钻性进行分析,整理总结现有钻头的使用情况,提出相应的改进意见;对KQT构造深部地层钻井中使用钻井提速工具进行归类统计,分析得出深层钻井中使用何种方法及提速工具对深层提速最为有效,最终形成该区块深层钻井提速技术方案,指导现场施工。

     

    Abstract: Due to the complex situations of formation pressure systems and geological lithology below 3 500~4 500 m well section at KQT Structure, complex situations occurred frequently during drilling, affecting seriously on drilling effciency and the acquisition quality of geological data. In this paper, based on the data from wells drilled in KQT structure, the deep well drilling data below 3 500 m has been analyzed, statistical analysis on the formation pressure distribution has been conducted. In addition, the location of complex reservoirs and the reservoir characteristics have been made clear, and the well structure has been designed for deep wells. Based on the study results, further analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing drilling fluid has been conducted and suggestion on optimization has been put forward. In addition, analysis on rock drillability has been conducted, the usage situation of the existing drill bit has been summarized, and some improvement suggestions have been put forward. Finally, statistical analysis has been conducted on the drilling tools for improving drilling rate in KQT structure, and the most effective drilling tools has been found. Based on the results, the technology scheme for increasing deep drilling rate has been made, which can be used for guiding the feld operation.
