琼东南深水探井井身结构设计探讨

Discussion about Bore Hole Structure Design of Deep Water Exploration Well in Qiongdongnan Basin

  • 摘要: 深水钻井导管常采取喷射下入方式,在井身结构设计方法上与浅水及陆地钻井有着较大区别,为更好的完成琼东南探井的钻井工程设计,此文结合琼东南地区的地质环境资料,并充分考虑深水井身结构设计的难点、挑战及设计原则,进行了琼东南深水导管下深模拟计算、表层、技术套管设计,提出了针对琼东南深水探井的导管下深及导管串结构组成,形成了琼东南深水探井的井身结构设计方案,井身结构设计分析方法可为琼东南海洋深水钻井设计提供参考与借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Deepwater drilling conductor is usually run by special jet-in technique. The design method of borehole structure design method for deep exploration well is quite different with that in shallow water and onshore drilling. In order to finish the design of Qiongdongnan deep exploration well, on the basis of geological environments, the difficulties, challenges and design principles of deep water borehole structure design have been considered fully, and simulation calculation for detailed conductor setting depth and design of surface technical casing have been conducted for Qiongdongnan deepwater drilling. The design scheme for deep water wellbore structure in Qiongdongnan basin has been decided, and this design method can provide experiences and references for Qiongdongnan deepwater well borehole structure design.
