Application of High Efficient Completion Technology in Bohai Oil Fields with High Water Cut

  • 摘要: 渤海某注水开发油田经历多年的开发生产,进入高含水采油阶段,综合含水达到71%,面临储层压力亏空、油层水淹严重等问题,剩余油的分布呈现局部富集的特点。在综合调整阶段,通过优化加密井网,提高单井控制程度。在完井作业中采取储层保护、优化射孔参数、合理选择负压值、一趟多层砾石充填工艺等针对性技术措施,有效改善了水驱开发效果,提高了采收率,为进一步发掘高含水油田潜力、提高整体动用程度的开发工作提供借鉴和指导。

     

    Abstract: Through years of development and production, a waterflooded oilfield of Bohai has entered into the stage of high water cut oil production, with comprehensive water cut reached 71%, facing many serious problems such as reservoir pressure depletion and oil layer being water flooded. The remaining oil distribution became local enrichment. In comprehensive adjustment phase, by optimizing the well pattern, degree of single well control has been improved. During the completion operations, by means of reservoir protection, perforation parameters optimization, choice of reasonable negative pressure value, a trip to multi-layer gravel packing technology and other specific technical measures, the oilfield development effects and recovery by water flooding have been improved effectively, which provided reference and guidance for further exploring the potential of high water cut oilfield and improving the overall degree of development.
