减阻水减阻率性能影响因素分析

Influence Factors of Drag Reducing Rate for Slick Water

  • 摘要: 减阻水是页岩储层改造所用的主要液体类型之一,具有成本低、配液工艺相对简单、有利于造复杂缝网等优点。减阻率是减阻水的核心指标,分析了影响减阻水减阻率的因素,现场配液用水矿化度、细菌及悬浮物含量对减阻率影响较大,同时减阻水pH值、黏度与减阻率存在正相关性。为了保证减阻水的减阻性能,需要控制配液用水水质指标,现场施工时可通过测定pH值和黏度判断减阻水减阻率是否达标,从而指导现场施工。

     

    Abstract: Slick water is one of the main fluids used in stimulation of shale gas reservoirs. It has the advantages of low cost and simple procession, while being beneficial to create complex network. Drag reducing rate (DR) is the key index of slick water, the paper analyzes influence factors of DR, and reveals that salinity, bacteria and suspension are the key to slick water propert, pH and dynamic viscosity are associated with DR. In order to ensure the properties of slik water, we need to control the water quality indexes. On well site we could test the pH value and viscosity to estimate drag reduction efficiency, which determines we can make a decision to start the treatment.
