东海大位移井水基钻井液评价研究

Evaluation and Research on Water-based Drilling Fluid for Extended Reach Well in East China Sea

  • 摘要: 为了减少大位移井对油基钻井液的依赖,满足海上作业对环保的要求,通过对海上应用较成熟的PEM、平衡水和低自由水等钻井液体系在防塌性能、封堵性能、流变性能和抗污染性能等方面的评价,认为低自由水体系综合性能较好,优选其作为T13井的钻井液体系,以满足T13大位移井对钻井液体系抑制能力、封堵能力、携岩能力和润滑能力的要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the dependence on oil-based drilling fluid in the operation of extended reach well(ERW), and to meet the requirements of offshore environmental protection, a kind of specific drilling fluid should be used in the operation of ERW in East China Sea. Based on the comparison and evaluation of several types of drilling fluid systems such as PEM, Balance-Water Drilling Fluid and DHS in the anti-collapse, plugging performance, rheological property and anti-contamination, the authors believe the DHS, with better comprehensive performance, can meet the requirements of drilling fluid system for ERW in inhibition ability, sealing ability, carrying ability, and lubrication ability, and can be selected as the drilling fluid of the Well T13.
