一种钻井液提速剂的研制及性能研究

Development and Property Study of a New Type of Drilling Accelerator

  • 摘要: 提高机械钻速是目前很多深井以及小井眼钻井过程中的迫切要求,在钻井液中加入提速剂是一种切实可行的方法。在分析钻井液提速剂作用机理的基础上,通过对现有提速剂的改进,研制出一种新型聚甘油衍生物,通过与脂肪醇类表面活性剂和水溶性稀释剂复配,得到一种新型钻井液提速剂HDS,并与其他同类提速剂进行性能比较,结果表明,提速剂HDS具有更好的溶解性、界面活性以及润湿反转能力,并能够有效地提高钻井液体系的润滑性和防黏附聚结能力。其良好的综合性能可以满足快速钻井的需要。

     

    Abstract: It is very urgent to improve the mechanical drilling speed for deep drilling and slim hole drilling. Adding accelerator agent in the drilling fluid is a feasible method. Based on the analysis of mechanism of drilling accelerator, through the improvement of the existing accelerators, a new type of polyglycerol fatty alcohol derivatives has been developed. Mixed with the surface active agent and water soluble diluent, a new drilling fluid accelerator HDS has been made. Compared with other similar accelerators, the results indicated that the new drilling fluid accelerating agent HDS has better solubility, surface activity and reverse wetting ability, and can improve effectively lubrication of the drilling fluid system and anti sticky agglomeration ability. The good comprehensive performance can meet the need of fast drilling.
