聚合物驱堵塞井解堵技术研究

Study of Technology for Plug Removal in Blocking Well during Polymer Flooding

  • 摘要: 聚合物驱已成为国内外最具发展潜力的三次采油方法之一。聚合物的大量注入,造成近井地带堵塞,导致后续聚合物及水注入能力下降,达不到配注需求。为了解决聚合物驱井堵塞问题,在实验室筛选出DJD-A复合解聚剂。现场应用后增注效果显著。该井解堵成功,为同类聚合物驱井解堵提供了有益的借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Polymer flooding has become one of the most potential EOR methods both at home and abroad. A large amount of polymer has been injected during polymer flooding, resulting in the plug in the area near well bore, and decreasing in the subsequent polymer and water injection. In order to solve the problem of well plug during polymer flooding, DJD-A composite depolymerization agent has been screened in the laboratory. The water injection rate has been increased greatly after application. The successful application in removal of polymer plugging will provide beneficial reference for plugging removal during the same type of polymer flooding.
