热采筛管防砂模拟实验装置的研制与应用

Development and Application of Sand Control Simulation Experiment Device for Thermal Recovery Screen

  • 摘要: 为了解决稠油热采井在开采过程中容易出砂、防砂难度大等问题,在综合考虑油田储层砂粒度特性、流体黏度特性及现场油井生产压力和温度等因素的基础上,研制了一套热采筛管防砂模拟实验装置。该装置可针对机械防砂方式的技术特点,进行全尺寸室内模拟实验,通过测试分析防砂筛管性能优缺点,为防砂方式优选及防砂参数优化设计提供依据。根据稠油油田的实际特点,进行了针对性的室内模拟实验,实验结果为稠油热采井提供了合理的完井方式及防砂参数,现场应用也取得了良好的效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems occurred easily during thermal recovery of heavy oil, such as sand flowing and difficulty in sand control, a set of thermal recovery sand screen simulation experiment device has been developed, which has considered the reservoir sand grain characteristics, the viscosity of the fluid, the temperature and pressure of the oil wells. According to the technical characteristics of mechanical sand control, full size indoor sand production simulation experiment can be carried out. Analysis has been conducted about advantages and disadvantages of sand control screen, which provided a basis for optimization of sand control method and optimization design of sand control parameters. According to the characteristics of heavy oil field, laboratory simulation experiment has been conducted, and the experimental results have provided advisable well completion pattern and sand control parameters for thermal recovery of heavy oil. The device has been applied in field, and good application results have been obtained.
