海上天然气生产平台水循环调试方案优化

Optimization of Debugging Scenario for Water Cycle for Offshore Natural Gas Production Platform

  • 摘要: 海洋石油生产平台在建造阶段需要进行生产系统水循环调试,模拟正常的生产流程以检验生产系统的完整性和功能性,对于天然气田的生产平台,其生产系统压力高,同时存在气液两相,使得水循环试验条件苛刻,技术要求高。基于天然气平台生产系统水循环调试的安全性、可行性和经济性,通过现场实践——以丽水36-1CEP天然气生产平台生产系统的水循环流程模拟调试优化为例,从临时管线连接方式、氮气加注方案和仪表功能测试方案三个方面提出最优化调试方案,以期对此类调试工作产生指导和借鉴作用。

     

    Abstract: It is required to conduct debugging on water cycle in offshore production system during the stage of platform construction and to simulate normal production process in order to verify the integrity and function of the offshore oil production system.In the production platform in nature gas field,the pressure in production system is high,and there exist gas-liquid two-phase at same time.Therefore,the condition for debugging on water cycle system is very harsh,and technical requirements are very high.From the point of safety,feasibility and economic of debugging on water cycle system in nature gas production platform,field practice has been conducted in simulation of water cycle debugging on in offshore production system in Lishui 36-1 CEP nature gas production platform.The debugging scenarios have been optimized from the connection way of temporary pipes,adding scenarios of nitrogen and testing scenarios on instruments function.It is expected that this can provide a guidance and reference for debugging on water cycle in this type of offshore oil production system.
