北部湾PDC钻头高效钻进及配套技术浅析

A Preliminary Discussion about Efficient Drilling of PDC Bit and Supporting Technologies in Beibu Gulf Area

  • 摘要: 从北部湾地区PDC钻头高使用率的实际情况出发,结合该地区的地层特征及钻头使用情况,总结分析了PDC钻头在钻头选型、使用中异常工况的判断以及配套技术等方面应用的成功与不足,提出PDC钻头高效钻进还应在黑灰色碳质泥岩加强钻头选型,在浅部大倾角、塑性泥岩地层配合弯角马达钻进,目的层段根据裸眼段长度合理选择弯角马达或PowerDrive动力导向系统,以及加强PDC钻头异常工况的预防和处理等措施,从而真正发挥PDC钻头高效钻进作用,实现进一步降本增效的目标。

     

    Abstract: According to the actual conditions of the high utilization of PDC bit in Beibu Gulf region,combined with stratigraphic characteristics of the study area and the usage of drill bit,summary and analysis has been conducted on the success and deficiency in PDC bit selection,the judgment of abnormal condition and the matching technology,the proposal has been put forward about selection of bit type in drilling dark grey carbonaceous mudstone,drilling with corner motor in plastic mudstone,choosing the PowerDrive system or corner motor according to the length of the open-hole,and strengthen the prevention and treatment measures of abnormal conditions during drilling with PDC bit,which can play a very important role in high efficiency drilling with PDC bit,and can be used to realize the objective of decreasing the cost and increasing efficiency.
