ZF1-P2井双封单卡多段压裂现场应用

Application of Double-Sealing and Single-Stick Fracturing Technology in Well ZF1-P2 of Daqing Oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对大庆油田Z6区块低渗透扶余油藏储层物性差、自然产能低、常规压裂改造增产效果差等问题,在ZF1-P2井开展水平井多段压裂现场试验,应用点源限流射孔技术进行加密布缝,采用双封单卡工艺一趟管柱完成十五段压裂施工,通过对各段加砂规模的精确控制实现了脱砂压裂。压后产液9.5t/d,产油8.1t/d,是周围直井压裂产液、产油量的6.3倍和7.4倍,是同区块压裂水平井的1.4倍和1.6倍,增产效果和经济效益显著,为大庆油田水平井多段压裂积累了经验。

     

    Abstract: The low permeability reservoirs in Block Zhou 6 in Daqing Oilfield are poor in reservoir physical with low natural flowing production capacity.The stimulation result by regular fracturing is very poor.To solve these problems,the field testing has been conducted with multi-staged fracturing technique in horizontal well ZF1-P2.The point source limited perforation technique is used to infill fractures,and the fracturing operation for 15 fractured intervals has been completed with double-packer single-sticking fracturing technique in one-through operation with a pipe column.Through controlling accurately the volume of sand adding,sand-out fracturing has been finished.Fluid production after fracturing is 9.5 t/d,which is 6.3 times as much as that of other surrounding wells.The oil production is 8.1 t/d,which is 7.4 times as much as that of other surrounding wells.The fluid and oil production is 1.4 and 1.6 times as much as that of the horizontal well of the same block.The stimulation result and economic benefit is obvious,which provided practical experience for multi-staged fracturing in horizontal well.
