三元体系中聚合物浓度检测方法的研究

Study on Method for Detection of Polymer Concentration in ASP System

  • 摘要: 目前,三元复合驱油技术已经在大庆油田广泛应用。但是,三元体系中聚合物浓度检测方法依然延用聚驱的浊度法。实际检测表明:三元体系中碱和表面活性剂的存在对聚合物浓度的测定结果有较大影响,此文通过对三元体系中聚合物浓度测定过程中的影响因素及影响程度分析,研究消除三元体系中表面活性剂、碱对聚合物浓度检测干扰的方法,以提高三元体系中聚合物浓度检测结果的准确度。

     

    Abstract: At present,technology of ASP compound flooding has been used widely in Daqing oilfield.However,the turbidity method used for detection of polymer concentration during polymer flooding is still used for ASP compound flooding.Actual detection shows that the determination results of polymer concentration are greatly influenced by alkali and surfactant existed in ASP system.Through analysis of the influence factors on the detection results of polymer concentration and extent,the method for eliminating the influence of surfactant and alkali during the detection of polymer concentration has been found to improve the accuracy of detection results of polymer concentration in ASP system.
