自升式钻井平台悬臂梁负荷试验方法研究

Study of Cantilever Beam Load Test Method for Jackup Rig

  • 摘要: 悬臂梁负荷试验是自升式钻井平台建造完工交付使用之前的关键试验项目之一.以200 ft自升式钻井平台"海洋石油923"为例,针对悬臂梁负荷试验方法做出了探索研究,试验结果表明,此方法行之有效,具有操作简便,安全可靠的优点,为其它类似工程项目的顺利实施提供了宝贵的经验和借鉴.

     

    Abstract: Cantilever beam load test is one of the most important methods for jackup rig before putting into service.In this paper,with 200 feet jackup rig "Offshore Oil 923" as an example,the method of cantilever beam load test has been discussed.The results proved that this method is effective,safe and easy to operate,which can provide valuable experience and reference for other engineering projects.
