海上油田细分层注水用泡沫体系优选实验研究

Laboratory experiment optimization of foam system for separated layer water injection in offshore oilfields

  • 摘要: 针对海上高孔高渗地质油藏特点,通过FOAMSCAN自动化仪器、动态阻力因子测试及物理模拟实验等技术手段,优选出Ⅱ号起泡剂的泡沫体系(起泡剂质量浓度0.5%,气液比为1:1~3:1)具有很好的生泡、稳泡及耐冲刷性能,可以有效的封堵渗透率近20 μm2的高渗层。

     

    Abstract: Several foam agents were prepared for separated layer water injection in offshore oilfields with high porosity and permeability. The performance of nitrogen foam was investigated through FOAMSCAN observzation, resistance factor tests and other physical simulation experiments. The Ⅱ foam system with the foam agent concentration of 0.5% and the gas-liquid ratio from 1:1 to 3:1 was proved to have excellent foamability, stability and flushing resistance ability, which can form effective plugging in the high permeability zone with the permeability of 20 μm2.
