层次分析法在半潜式平台吊装事故成因分析中的应用研究

Research on application of analytic hierarchy process in semi-submersible platform lifting accident factor analysis

  • 摘要: 半潜式钻井平台因其作业性质及工作环境特殊,其吊装作业事故发生率高、事故后果严重。运用层次分析法对半潜式钻井平台吊装事故成因进行定性与定量的综合分析,把平台的人员因素、设备设施因素、环境因素和安全管理因素等有机结合起来建立分析模型,科学客观的得出影响作业安全各因素的相对权重比值,为有效控制减少半潜式钻井平台吊装事故提供科学的决策依据。

     

    Abstract: Semi-submersible platform lifting accident happened frequently and caused serious consequences for its special working properties and environment. In this paper, analytic hierarchy process was applied to analyze the lifting accident factors qualitatively and quantitatively, an analysis model combining operators, equipments and facilities, environment and safety management was built, and the influence of the factors on working security was evaluated scientifically to reduce lifting accidents.
