深水顶张式生产立管动力响应的有限元计算

The finite element calculation of vibration response of deep-water production top tensioned riser

  • 摘要: 利用有限元分析软件,计算了三种不同的运动边界条件下立管的非线性振动响应,考虑了管内流体的影响。通过实例对各条件下顶张式立管时域动态响应特性作了比较。计算结果表明,内流和上部平台的运动对立管的动态响应特性影响较大,能增大立管的位移和应力幅值,可以引起立管总体强度和疲劳性能的改变。计算结果可以指导立管的设计,这在工程实践中有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Nonlinear dynamics response of deep-water production top tensioned riser under three different moving conditions is calculated using finite element analysis software. The internal flowing fluid's influence is taken into account. Time-domain vibration characteristics of TTR under every boundary is compared through an example. Results show that internal flowing fluid and top platform movement can deeply affect the dynamical response characteristics of the riser, increase the amplitude of displacement and stress, and induce the changes of riser's global strength and fatigue characteristics which can guide riser's design, and has a great significance on engineering practice.
