小井眼开窗侧钻配套技术研究与应用

Study and application of slim-hole sidetracking drilling auxiliary technology

  • 摘要: 针对TUHA油田开发状况和油藏特点,对小井眼侧钻及配套技术进行研究和完善。特别是在小井眼侧钻井钻头选型、小井眼侧钻井钻具结构优化、小井眼MWD复合导向钻井以及小井眼扩眼技术、新型完井管柱优选、增产技术等方面取得进展,机械钻速大幅度提高,钻井周期显著缩短。与前一年度相比,平均机械钻速提高了95%,钻井周期缩短69%,事故复杂时效由14.6%下降到1.9%,侧钻井开发效果创历史最好水平。对同类型油田开发小井眼侧钻技术的应用具有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: According to reservoir characteristics and development status of TUHA oil field, the auxiliary technology of slim hole sidetracking is studied by optimizing bit and drill stem selection, MWD composite guide drilling, slim hole underreaming, completion string optimization and stimulation technique. By applying the above-mentioned auxiliary technology, the penetration rate of slim hole drilling is significantly improved. The current penetration rate is 95% , higher than that of pase years, and drilling period is cut down by 69%. The time efficiency of complex accidents drops from 14.6% to 1.9%. The set of slim hole drilling auxiliary technology will bring some reference for similar oilfields.
