平湖油气田的储层保护技术

Damage Control Technology in Pinghu Field

  • 摘要: 文章介绍了平湖油气田储层保护技术的室内研究方法,简要地分析了平湖油气田开发前期钻井、完井以及射孔测试阶段引起储层损害的主要因素及其机理。在大量实验分析和软件计算的基础上提出了平湖油气田的储层保护技术,即优质钻井液技术、无固相清洁盐水完井液技术以及油管传输(TCP)负压射孔技术。这些技术经过平湖油气田一期15口开发井的实际应用,取得了良好的效果。平湖油气田连续几年的高产、稳产数据表明,平湖油气田不仅储层本身的产能较高,而且油气田的产层保护工作也非常理想。用以衡量储层损害程度的一个重要参数-表皮系数都很低,特别是与开发前的情况比较,地层污染得到了明显改善,储层保护达到了预期目标。这为今后的油气田开发提供了成功的经验。

     

    Abstract: This article outlines the lab methods used in Pinghu field formation damage evaluation.Much analysis and evaluation of Pinghu formation damage factor and damage mechanism have been completed. Proposals regarding formation damage control technology have been suggested, based on plenty of lab study and software calculations.These technology include:premium drill fluids, low solid brine completion fluids and tubing convey perforation technology.Good results have been obtained by using this technique in 15 drilled wells.The formation damage control in Pinghu field was very successful, with the evidence of very low skin factor, compared with exploration well.It is a good case for similar field development.
