采油树背压阀新型带压取送一体化工具研制与应用

Development and Application of a New Integrated Tool with Pressure, Drawing and Delivery for the Back Pressure Valve of Oil Production Tree

  • 摘要: 常规采油树背压阀带压取送工具在取送背压阀期间,经常发生摩擦扳手打滑、掰断,背压阀难以取出的问题;且因背压阀取送工具头分别设置,取送背压阀时造成工具混淆。针对常规带压取送工具在实际作业过程中出现的问题,设计了新型带压取送一体化工具,从室内评价及现场的成功应用。证明了该新型背压阀带压取送一体化工具结构合理,操作简单,性能可靠,满足施工作业要求,具备现场应用条件。

     

    Abstract: In the drawing and delivering process of back pressure valve of conventional oil production tree, the problems of friction wrench slipping and breaking often took place, with back pressure valve difficult to be taken out. Besides, because the back-pressure valve take-out tool head is set up separately, the tools are prone to mix up while taking back pressure valve. In order to solve the problems in the practical operation of conventional tools, a new integrated tool is designed, which is evaluated in laboratory and applied successfully in the field. It is proved that the new integrated tool with back pressure valve is reasonable in structure, simple in operation, reliable in performance, and suitable for field application.
