自升式钻井平台悬臂梁锁紧装置研究探讨

Research and Discussion on the Locking Device of Cantilever on Jack-up Rig

  • 摘要: 在某型悬臂梁平台上,其悬臂梁锁紧装置无法将悬臂梁精确锁定于任意位置,无法满足现场生产需要,该研究基于改变这一现状。此文通过对该型悬臂梁锁紧装置的结构和控制系统的原理进行详细分析,发现该系统在设计上还存在着部分隐患。通过针对性研究,作者提出了该系统的优化设计方案和推荐改进建议,并就此进行了分析。结果表明,改进后的锁紧装置,实现了悬臂梁可以精确锁定于任意位置,并解决了该装置不能双向锁定而造成悬臂梁异常移动的重大隐患。

     

    Abstract: On one type of cantilever rig, the cantilever can't be precisely locked in any position as expected, and can't meet the production requirement in some conditions, this research is based on changing this situation. In this article, the structure of the cantilever locking system and the principle of the control system are analyzed in details, it is found that there are also some hidden troubles in the design of the system. Then through the research of pertinence, the author puts forward the optimization design scheme and recommendations for improvement of the system and analyzes it. The results show that the improved locking system meets the production requirements, the cantilever can be locked in any position accurately, and the hidden trouble of the cantilever abnormal movement has been solved at same time.
