渤海某油田侧钻井侧钻方案优选

Scheme Optimization for Sidetracking in an Oil Field in Bohai

  • 摘要: 为了降低作业难度,提高待侧钻井侧钻后生产效果、延长油气井生产寿命以及保证井眼后期再次利用,分别对浅层侧钻和深层侧钻井不同的侧钻方式进行对比,优选侧钻方式,降低作业难度。结合待侧钻井生产过程出现的问题,分析侧钻后不同井身结构的优缺点,优选井身结构。浅层侧钻井回收表层套管侧钻可充分保证后期井眼再次利用。针对水平段钻遇大段泥岩的井、出砂以及水淹情况严重的井,设计为套管水平井射孔完井,砾石充填防砂的方案。对于水平段钻遇大段泥岩的井可避免防砂管柱遇卡的情况;对于出砂及水淹情况严重的井可避开水淹井段射孔,改善生产效果;砾石充填完井方式可降低出砂风险,延长生产寿命。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the operation difficulty, improve the production effect after sidetracking, prolong the oil well production life and ensure the borehole could be utilized again, sidetracking way were compared between shallow and deep sidetracking in order to optimize sidetracking way and reduce the difficulty of operation. Combined with the problems in the production process of lateral drilling, the advantages and disadvantages of different well structure after sidetracking were analyzed to optimize well structure. For horizontal wells with large mudstone, sand production and serious flooding in horizontal section, the scheme of perforating and completion of casing horizontal wells and gravel filling and sand controlling are designed. For horizontal wells penetrated with large shale in horizontal section, the situation of sand control pipe string sticking can be avoided.For horizontal wells with sand production and serious flooding in horizontal section, perforation in flooded well section can be avoided, and production effect could be improved. Gravel filling and completion can reduce sand production risk and prolong production life.
